face using the finest products and techniques. Since your face is the first part of you
that people respond to, it is important to look your best. Feeling confident and

Process
Understanding the process is essential to having your needs met; therefore, consultation and
thorough record keeping are key. When you come in you will fill out contact information and, in
some cases, depending on the service, you may be asked for information regarding your health
history. These questions are designed specifically to the service you've chosen, but please be
sure to discuss with me any concerns you may have.

Cancellation Policy
A valid credit card is required to hold your first appointment. I will gladly change your
appointment; however, a 24 hour notice is required. If you do not show up for your scheduled
appointment or arrive too late to be accommodated (more than 15 minutes), your credit card on
file will be charged for the full amount of the service.
Due to the length of time for full set lash extension appointments, a 48 hour notice is required
to cancel or change an appointment, as well as 30% pre-payment of this service at time of
booking. (Payments made through PayPal invoice; confirmation of appointment upon receipt of
payment.)
